Big Idea is just getting better
I bought this pen earlier this year and I received dozens of compliments in a short period of time. The pen jammed, though, so I reached out to Big Idea and they were quick to replace the pen. I mentioned that I thought this pen was a little heavy, so they offered to replace it with the slim version instead, even though this Slim version was $40 more than what I paid for the Base Line version. I have the Slim pen now, and I love it. I had a German pen for years with a similar bolt action that really scratched my ADHD itch to do something with my hands. I lost the German pen after a decade, and this is the first pen I have been able to find with a similar feature. It is just about perfect. Thanks, Tyler; Thanks, Big Idea.
