First product I bought was a pocket pro a year ago, spring got damaged in a fall so I emailed them and got replacement springs. Picked up the Click as a daily driver and once again impressed, customer service, warranty and pens are a 100%
It is a beautiful pen, good quality, the selection of the pen refill may not be very versatile for Thailand but I was able to use the included pen refill that you supplied. After try to use for a while (5-10 minitues) I felt was a bit of a problem. The copper material is very heavy. It's not easy to write and difficult to control my handwriting. It's like being more tired when writing than a normal pen. I think that if the material was light metal, it would be much better. Currently, I did not used it but kept as a gadget collection.
I have an opinion, I think this product is of good built and good quality. If possible, you may include a little information about the weight of the pen to help buyers to decide on the choice of materials more than just seeing pictures it will be very useful. If you already have information but i don't see I'm sorry.
I would like to encourage you to continue designing good products.
I currently have 4 brass pens from 4 different brands. From the picture, top to bottom, County Comm Brass Embassy Rev4, Everyman Grafton mini Twist, the Brass Click EDC and Machine Era Markup brass. All 4 pens are fantastic, but one thing that makes the Brass Click EDC pen stands out is that it is the only one that clicks with a mechanism, and that makes it the most convenient to use of the 4, of course plus the refill compatibility. And for that reason, this pen is the one I used the most. I replaced the refill with a Schmidt Fineliner 6040, which writes super smooth like a marker, and that also makes the pen about 1/2 inch longer, better length, IMO. Over all, this is a great pen, every part of it is made with premium material, one of the best on the market!
