I really like the Arto Edc! The chuck style collet is incredible! Completely eliminates any tip wiggle without a shadow of a doubt! Very secure! Tremendous versatility, with the ability to put virtually any refill you can think of inside! It's truly a great addition to my Big Idea collection. I honestly don't know why I waited so long to get one!
I like how many refills it can take compared to other pens also very light to write with and easy to change refills. The only bad thing is the elastic band hard to replace other than that love the pen and simple colours which there was more.
Ironically, I had put off considering this pen for the longest time because I'd talked it into myself that I would not like an adjustable pen. I couldn't have been more wrong! The Ti Arto EDC is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship and a lightweight testament to the notion that everyday carry can be practical but simultaneously classy and elegant. My favorite features are the postable cap, the grooved grip area, and the ability to handle practically any refill without tip wiggle. Upon arrival, the Ti Arto EDC instantly earned a well-deserved spot on my Top 10 Pens list, and I do not envision it falling off that list any time soon.
Got one of these for my birthday and I absolutely love it. I'm a professional graphic novel illustrator, so quality and ergonomics with your stationery really matter when you're drawing, writing, or sketching for hours a day. The Ti Arto EDC is thick enough for a very relaxed, comfortable hold, but not so thick that it feels like a marker either. Perfect weight distribution too, doesn't strain my support finger. I mainly put Uni-ball Signo DX .38mm refills in mine, and it holds them marvelously with zero nib wobble. Fits well in a Leuchtturm sketchbook pen-loop (see photo).
Would've given it 5/5 but the black rubber ring on the rear part sometimes comes out of its groove when pulling the pen from my pocket or a holding sleeve. Already lost 1 ring when it bounced off into some grass at a park, and it's a bit tricky to get a new one on without having it twang off like a taut rubber band. If anyone has tips for more easily getting them on there, I'd love to know!
Anyways the rubber ring issue is a really minor annoyance compared to how excellent everything else is about the pen. I still highly recommend it if you have the budget for it.
