I got this pen November 2019. I was beyond thrilled with it. As an aspiring minimalist, I was most excited about never having to buy another pen again - just refills. 12 months into ownership, I could no longer take the two pieces apart - no pliers or machine could get them apart. These guys were kind enough to send me a replacement for the cost of shipping. I asked what to do to prevent that from happening again and they told me to regularly open the pen and grease it. I have been doing that. But, it is again stuck together. It's like the two pieces have fused together. I've emailed them twice over the last two weeks and have not heard anything back. Looks like I am back on the market for a pen that will last me longer than 18 mo. I'm sad. This was a great pen. The center of gravity was a little higher than I like and the ribs along the part that you hold were less than comfortable. But, otherwise it was great.
Ti Arto : The Ultimate Refill Friendly Pen
This is now my favorite rollerball pen, out of dozens. Beautifully balanced, a joy to write with. One of the things I love is how I can search for the very best refill with your endlessly adjustable designs. Besides great machines and beautifully balanced, your pens are fun!
Also, your service is absolutely terrific. I needed a small part, and it went out right away, gratis.
It's a good pen. Not my favorite pen, but not my least favorite pen. The elastic washers are annoying. I am constantly rubbing the outside one off when removing it from my pocket. It's lightweight and has a very fine tip. Unfortunately there is nothing exceptional about it.
I've had mine for a while now, but finally writing a review for it. It's been brilliant, feels quite nice (although honestly I do slightly prefer the grip on the Ti Post Raw), and can even hold 2mm graphite sticks, if you're wanting an indestructible pencil.
