I bought one of your edc fountain pens and wasn’t happy with the nib it came with as it’s like trying to write with a sewing needle. So I went to the link you provided which lead me to jet pens and a broad nib you said was compatible. Well it wasn’t and when I reached out to your customer service they initially said they would correct the problem and send me a nib free of charge. You then went and and told me you won’t do this. When it’s a link on your site that says it’s compatible.well they sent me the wrong nib. I’m 100% disappointed in your customer service agent that said they would correct the problem then told me they wouldn’t. Her name was Kate. I now have a useless chunk of titanium that I can’t write with. If your other products are as useless as this then I would be flabbergasted. You seem to be on the up and up but in reality your customer service sucks and so does your product. And your website for that matter.

I’m using my EDC Fountain Pen every day at work. I went to JetPens.com using the link Big Idea Design provides & bought a M-Nib, F-Nib, Perle Noire Black ink, & some Kaweco ink cartridges incase I run out of ink. I switched out the Ex Fine Nib that comes with the pen & put the Fine Nib on. After a while I’ll switch to the Medium Nib. The Ex Fine Nib was to small for me. I’v dropped my pen on the concrete floor three times so far & had no trouble what so ever. I enjoy filling it up with ink & using my Titanium pen every day.
This TI fountain pen I purchased to replace my LAMY pen that I had for 15 years, that I finally ran over in my truck. I feel confident that if I run over the TI pen it will still function beautifully. You want a sturdy, solid, pen…get the TI fountain pen. It’s the perfect combination of strength and class all at the same time.
I have owned many fancy pens. I have received more compliments on this pen than all of the others combined. It writes smooth, looks amazing, and makes left handers incredibly jealous. I love the ability to refill it using an ink bottle and being able to choose just about any ink color there is. I only need to figure out how to refill it without getting ink on my hands.
