Expectation exceeded!

I thought I’d give this pen a chance and I’m really enjoying using it at work. It’s so small with the cap on but fits perfectly in my hand.

Wish the pen was a little longer

This pen is perfect, it has a nice weight to it and writes very smooth.
I wish it was a little longer to rest in my hand without the cap.

Love it!

’ve got seven pens from Big Idea Design, but the Capped Base Line is my newest—and I’m obsessed. I was never really into capped pens before, but this one totally changed my mind. I’ve used it every day since it arrived, and now my other pens are getting jealous. If you’re on the fence, just go for it—you won’t regret it.

Excellent pens

Just received the Baseline Capped Pen in copper. It's excellent. Beautiful color and no scratches or scuffs on it. Congratulations! Significantly heavier and thicker than my Mini Click Pen, also in copper, but that one is for my EDC pouch whereas the Baseline Capped Pen probably will remain at home or in a carry-all bag. By the way, I have a Parker Jotter and the regular ballpoint refill, plus a Parker gel refill, fit perfectly in the Baseline Capped Pen. Also, I just ordered the Everyday Notebooks and I'm looking forward to comparing them to the multiple Field Notes that I have.

Most fidgety pen

I love the pen, but the small "pop" sound it makes is ever so fidgety. I have to actively stop myself from playing with it all the time.
The brass body is hefty, too. You feel it when you hold it. The Schmidt G2 gel filler is easy enough to replace without having to scour the deepest end to find a compatible filler.
