IF WE MAKE IT, WE COVER IT! No red-tape, no run-arounds, just good ol' fashioned service.
Huge fan of these pens. Own Bronze, Copper and stonewashed Ti. Copper is the favorite as it is heavy. I handle it daily so it actually has no patina after more than a year. If you are a user of “Plotter” notebooks, the Bronze matches beautifully.
Dare you to make a solid tungsten body!

Fountain EDC Pen Zr
Ok, Haven't inked it yet, but As I have been using the Ti one for a a couple of years or so, I am sure that it is fine on that aspect. It weighs more (as it should), and the dark Zr color is much fancier. I needed something fancy! Anyway my pens lie in the Big i Design pouch that I have. It's all good!

very good Fountain Pen
I was very reluctant to purchase another fountain pen because of my experience with another company and the quality of its faulty nibs, until I came across Big Idea Design and its good-quality pens. I wanted to try the Fountain EDC Pen, and it turned out to be a perfect fountain pen: well-built, well-designed, writes well, and has a good-quality nib. I will be purchasing more pens.

This is my very first fountain pen.
After purchasing the stonewashed version, I was so impressed that I bought the brass one as well.
I use them for urban sketching and journaling, with different inks in each. I won’t be buying any other fountain pens.

Worst customer service ever.
I bought one of your edc fountain pens and wasn’t happy with the nib it came with as it’s like trying to write with a sewing needle. So I went to the link you provided which lead me to jet pens and a broad nib you said was compatible. Well it wasn’t and when I reached out to your customer service they initially said they would correct the problem and send me a nib free of charge. You then went and and told me you won’t do this. When it’s a link on your site that says it’s compatible.well they sent me the wrong nib. I’m 100% disappointed in your customer service agent that said they would correct the problem then told me they wouldn’t. Her name was Kate. I now have a useless chunk of titanium that I can’t write with. If your other products are as useless as this then I would be flabbergasted. You seem to be on the up and up but in reality your customer service sucks and so does your product. And your website for that matter.
Hi Keith,
Kate here. Brantey has reached out to you to help clear up the confusion. Take care!
